Account Manager
Mary Ann joined the agency in 2000, specializing in home, auto, renter’s and other personal lines insurance products. She also offers life insurance. She is passionate about helping policyholders protect what matters most and takes pride in providing knowledgeable and dependable service. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Finance.
Outside of work, Mary Ann is the proud mom of two children. She’s married to her high school sweetheart, and her family loves spending time together at the beach. Appalachian State University is a special place for her family. Her family resides in the SouthPark area.

Jennifer Ryder
Account Manager
Jennifer joined the agency in 2001, after 10 years in retail. She is experienced in auto, home, and life insurance. She is passionate about helping customers at the level they want to be helped.
She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have three amazing children—family is her top priority. Her husband and father are United States Marine Corp veterans. They live in Matthews.

Linda joined the agency in 2018 following 12 years of successful agency experience in New York. Prior to working in agency Linda worked on the corporate side of State Farm for 16 years. Outside of work her focus in on family and the outdoors.

Megan Harrill
Office Manager
Megan joined the team in 2004 as a customer service representative. In 2010 she accepted the position of Office Manager. Today she oversees day-to-day operations of the agency alongside Happy.
She and her husband, who was also her high school sweetheart, have two boys who are into baseball and wrestling. The family loves to travel, preferably to beach destinations. Life happens for them primarily in Union County.
